Delivery Information Regarding Original Paintings

When will I receive my order?

Estimated delivery time for delivery within the Continental USA is 5-11 business days.

Do you ship paintings outside the Continental USA?

Yes, but shipping rates vary depending on distance and speed. Please contact me so I can calculate shipping and let you know the total cost.

Can I buy a painting in person?

Yes, contact me for a local (Grand Rapids, MI) pickup option rather than shipping.

 

Delivery Information Regarding Prints

When will I receive my order?

It takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.
The shipping time depends on  your location, but typical shipping times are:  

• USA: 3 - 7 business days  
• International: 5 - 15 business days 

Where will my order ship from?

I work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! 

What do I need to know about ordering internationally?

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. End recipient is responsible for these fees.

We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally - this will minimize the risk of an order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with me, please help me out by doing the following:

• Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. 
• Ask your local post office if they have your package. 
• Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. 
• Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise — If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't  be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be! 

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, I can send you a replacement order, but the new order would be at your expense.

How do I track my order? 

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop me a line at 

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

I'm so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help me resolve this for you quickly, please email me at within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. I'll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact me at with photos of wrong/damaged  items, and I’ll sort that out for you. 

Can I exchange an item?

At this time, I don't offer exchanges.
