Because Jesus is known as the King of Heaven, many Christians have given Mary the title of "Queen of Heaven". Many think she is the figure from Revelations, "a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet and a crown of twelve stars on her head."
I sat beside a beautiful pool as painted. The colors of the sparkling water and the night sky influenced the color palette. The sense of simple clarity experienced there is shown in the closeness of Mary and Jesus.
The halos, usually shown as a circle, sparkle and float around their heads, the light of the halos gently touching their cheeks.
